Pohl Springs Works can custom design and manufacture a coil spring to fit just about any application. Whether it be a compression, extension, or torsion coils we can build it to your specifications.
	COMPRESSION From writing pens to railroad cars, compression springs function to fill a variety of project needs, from the everyday to the unique. They are designed to create resistance to a compressive force. They are usually coiled at a constant diameter, though they can be coiled in other needed forms such as conical, concave (barrel), convex (hourglass), or various combinations of these. Pohl Spring Works can design and manufacture a compression spring to your specifications.
	EXTENSION From a trampoline to a circuit breaker, extension springs are designed to absorb and store energy by creating a resistance to a pulling force. All coils are active in an extension spring, and it is the initial that holds the coils together tightly. Designs are limitless and may be created to fit your particular application.
	TORSION From jumper cables to clothespins, torsion springs are used in a wide variety of applications - from the everyday to the specific. Their purpose is often suited to situations where torque is applied from two directions, as they are designed to offer resistance to externally applied pressures. 	AUTOMOTIVE COILS To bring your vehicle back to it's original ride height we stock automotive coils, including coil over springs, for most applications and can custom manufacture most others. We can custom design an automotive spring to lower or lift your vehicle, increase the hauling capacity, or soften the overall suspension. Custom springs can be designed and manufactured for just about any application including off road, drag cars, race cars, mud racers, rock crawlers, and many more. Provide us with the information about your vehicle and we can manipulate the ride height for most applications.
	RECREATIONAL SPRINGS Pohl Spring Works can manufacture a replacement spring for your motorcycle, dirt bike, 3 wheeler, ATV, or snowmobile.  Our recreational springs can be made from several different materials and finishes. We can design and manufacture any hard to find or custom spring for your recreational vehicle, custom designed mountain bike, or any other project.
	WIREFORMS Pohl Spring Works wireforms are all custom made on precision bending equipment. They come in an unlimited array of shapes and configurations, and can be made from several different materials. A product can be customized to fit just aobut any application. Wire sizes from .012 - 1" available. Bigger sizes available upon request.
